With our knowledge and systems, we provide leadership training and framework for teenagers and young adults to help them prepare for the workplace and leadership roles in their community.
Focusing on empathy, organisation, team building, and self-development our program will prepare your teenager for the real-life challenge of the workplace.
Candidates who complete all four weeks may be considered for employment the following summer!
This is a small and limited program in which your teenager will receive daily training, given tasks and responsibilities scaled to their ability. Our camp trainees will also participate in many regular camp activities and their only job is to have as much fun as possible!
As a full summer program which runs concurrently with our regular Summer Camp, please make sure your child is available for the following dates for at least 6 out of 9 weeks of summer camp!
